Terminate a second chance offer

A seller may terminate/cancel a Second Chance Offer at any time prior to:

• The expiration of the Second Chance Offer's listing duration, or
• The offer's recipient's electing to purchase the item through the Second Chance Offer listing.

To terminate a Second Chance Offer, use EndItem and pass in the item ID for the Second Chance Offer listing (NOTE: this ID is not the item ID for the original listing).
